Second day, this time California Adventures! I disneybounded as Lewis from Meet the Robinsons. If you haven't seen it, or it's been a while, watch it!! It may seem cheesy or whatever but it has the greatest message!! Keep moving forward. And if you don't know what Disneybounding is, it's taking a casual Disneyland outfit and changing it to an inspiration from a Disney character. So you're not fully dressing up, but your wearing their colors, you have some jewelery that's similar to theirs, you have their hair and make up done, etc. You can find a lot of cute ideas on Pinterest for outfits and such!
So a couple days before our trip I threw together a Lewis bound outfit because I had this wonderful necklace I got from an etsy shop called Life is the Bubbles. All Disney fans need to look up this shop, it's wonderful!
Here's my outfit, and of course I had to wear my ears.
Here's a close up of my necklace but it was turned around dang it. It says Keep Moving Forward and has a little rocket ship charm. Mostly the necklaces they sell are little bottles with sparkle dust inside, a saying on a little script-type sticker, and a charm that goes along with the character/movie. They have so many options, and you can even custom make your own! I created this one myself :)
Selfie with Red in Cars Land! I love how he's smiling at the camera!!!!
My third dying moment! I was taking pictures of Mater going down Radiator Springs and I noticed his license plate:
A-113
For those of you who don't know, A-113 is the classroom number where a lot of the Pixar animators studied at their animation school! They hide this in almost all of their movies and it's so fun to find them. It thrilled me to see they had incorporated it in the park!!!!! I ran after him to get a picture and I'm so glad I did.
***I don't know when, I don't know how, but I know something's starting right now! Watch and you'll see... Someday I'll be.. Part of your world!***
This ride brings a smile to my face:)
***Tell everybody I'm on my way, and I just can't wait to be there.***
Um FLIK?! I got so lucky seeing all these wonderful characters that are so rare! I LOVE Flik!!!!
Never miss out on World Of Color. Just don't. It's beautiful, to the eye, the mind and the soul. I cry nearly every time I see it. And a little fun fact, after the show is over they play some music while everyone is leaving and the fountains stay on, but at a low height with just the rainbow colors. That's when I took this picture, after it's OFFICIALLY over there is one spray of orange that goes in a rainbow-like shape. This represents Walt Disney!
Let me tell ya though, it's worth it to stay that extra minute, or go a few more steps to find these secrets because when you do, you feel like you're that much close to Walt, and this wonderful company he created.
